Annual On-line Meeting for Users and Supporters
10.30 - 12.00 on Saturday 4 November 2023 (by Zoom) *
The NewSPAL Trustees invite you to an on-line meeting (by Zoom) on Saturday 4 November 2023 (10.30 - 12.00) at which the results of the first year of operations will be reported and future developments discussed. There will be an opportunity for questions to the Trustees and the Library Manager, and suggestions from users and supporters will be welcome.
As a charitable incorporated organisation (a specific type of charity permitted to operate a not-for-profit business) NewSPAL is not required to hold a formal Annual General Meeting but the Trustees are keen to host an annual event at which they can report to users and supporters, and receive feedback and suggestions which will help guide the future development of NewSPAL.
To keep costs down and to offer the opportunity to participate to as many people and groups as possible, the meeting will be held by Zoom.

Instructions for joining the meeting by Zoom will be sent a few days before the meeting. You will need to have downloaded the Zoom app to your computer, tablet or smart phone to participate, but there is no cost to do so.
