What skills, knowledge, interest, sheer capacity for hard work can you bring to NewSPAL , now that we have taken over lending service? What sorts of work have you done before?

Please work through the questions below and we'll help you find the volunteering opportunity that is going to suit both you and the new library. We would welcome volunteers to help with the cataloguing which is ongoing, but our current priority is for Welcome Desk volunteers and those who might be able to  help pick and pack sets for group hires (would involve some lifting and moving of boxes up to 15 Kg in weight).

NB opening days for the visitor facing Welcome Desk role are Wednesday to Saturday, but cataloguing and general assistance takes place on Mondays and Tuesdays as well.
